Learn Your Constitution: What’s your dosha, baby? We’ll find out what your personal constitution is, as well as any imbalances you may be experiencing through an ayurvedic mind-body assessment. We’ll review your health and lifestyle history as well as your current habits, goals and concerns. We’re going to get to know each other on a soul level!

Personalized Ayurvedic Nutrition: Based on the information we find learning about your dosha, we’re going to curate personalized recipes and nourishment ideas along with recommended digestive herbs that work for your body type and the time of year to address any imbalances you may be experiencing.

Lifestyle Recomendations: aka, Dinacharya , which is Sanskrit for daily routine. We will go over morning and night time routines, what types of movement would be best and most easily achievable for you daily, self care practices like abhyanga, meditation and more!

Ayurvedic Pharmacopeia: you will learn about herbs to support digestion, stress and  how to support your reproductive health.

Addressing the Mind-Body Connection: Any holistic practitioner worth their salt knows that solely treating the symptom pushes the disease deeper into the body. ALL disease stems from either digestion or the mind. Together, we will do some shadow work, journaling, meditation and yoga therapy to get to the root of your ailments.

Learn the Art of Ayurvedic Cleansing: Ayurveda suggests cleansing periodically throughout the year. Specifically in the spring and fall. If our sessions are during these seasons, we can definitely do a traditional Ayurvedic Kitchari cleanse! Otherwise, I can teach you how, so you’re prepared when the season comes, or we can discuss if a cleanse is right for you at this time.

Ayurvedic Moon Magic: irregular, painful and debilitating periods or menopausal symptoms are not normal. Common, yes. But not normal. If you’re experiencing severe symptoms, this is a sign that your body is out of balance, either from toxic overload, hormonal imbalance or both (as too much toxins in the body are the main cause for hormonal imbalance, according to Ayurveda). If you’re still bleeding, I will teach you Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) so you will know exactly when you’re ovulating, exactly when you’ll get your bleed and how to structure your work, social life, exercise and nutrition around your cycle. If you no longer bleed and now retain your wise blood, I will show you how to do the same thing but by following the guide of the moon.

Ongoing Support and Education: This is a 3 month program. We will meet twice a month in person, often in my home where I can show you how to cook and make Ayurvedic teas, in my garden so we can get some sun and connect to the earth and I can teach you about the herbs I grow, or down the road at a local wellness studio if we need a dark, quiet place to connect. You will have unlimited access to me through text for quick trouble shooting, email for some more in depth information or calls by appointment if you’re needing a therapeutic ear.
