As the matriarch you have led, loved and cared for your family and community. Now it’s time to nurture yourself.

Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coaching

Ayurveda is a personalized science, recognizing that no two individuals are the same. Furthermore, that one persons constitution can change throughout their life.

Women in the perimenopausal or postmenopausal phase of life naturally have more vata, even if they were a dominate pitta or kapha most of their lives.

Please know that if your body isn’t behaving as it once was, age is not the only culprit. It’s lifestyle as well. Also, women have not been taught how to properly transition into this phase of their lives.

Ayurvedic lifestyle coaching can help bring menopausal symptoms back into balance as we learn what a healthy lifestyle looks like for you.

Ayurvedic Seasonal Cleansing

According to Ayurveda, the best time of the year to cleanse is the Fall and the Spring as these are seasons of transition.

Cleansing for menopausal and perimenopausal women can help bring hormones back into balance and reduce symptoms.

Join me for a week long, guided kitchari cleanse this spring (the true astrological New Year) which will include recipes, shopping lists, daily check-ins and more!

Matriarch Personal Training

Once we enter menopause, our estrogen and progesterone levels decrease significantly. Estrogen is our lady of all things youthful and energetic, which is why we see so many changes during this season of our lives. But exercise can help with so many of the things that estrogen used to provide for us, like:

Increasing muscle mass, improving bone density, improving our mental health, reducing hot flashes, balancing our hormones, regulate blood sugar, as menopause can increase the risk of diabetes, reduce the risk of heart disease and improve our sleep.
